Your prepaid gift card may be used everywhere prepaid debit cards are accepted within the United States. The card may not be used outside the U.S. By using your card you accept all terms in this agreement.
Certain fees may apply depending on your card type. Please refer to the fee schedule included with your card packaging for full details.
Check your balance anytime at our balance tool. Funds do not expire, though the card itself may have an expiration date. Request a replacement card from your issuer to continue using remaining funds.
Report lost or stolen cards immediately to your card issuer. See our Lost and Stolen page for steps to take.
Unauthorized transactions must be reported within 60 days. See our Dispute Transactions page for guidance.
