You should file a dispute if you notice any of the following on your account:
Use our balance check tool to review your recent transaction history and identify the disputed charge.
Note the transaction date, merchant name, and amount. Keep any receipts or order confirmations related to the dispute.
Call the customer service number on the back of your card or packaging. Explain the disputed charge and provide the details you gathered.
Keep a record of your dispute case number. Most disputes are resolved within 10 business days. Continue monitoring your balance during the review period.
