Go to our home page and check your current balance immediately to confirm how much remains on your card.
Call the customer service number printed on the back of your card or on the original packaging. Report the card as lost or stolen as soon as possible.
Ask the card issuer about their replacement card policy. Many issuers can transfer your remaining balance to a new card, though fees may apply.
Keep checking your transaction history. If you notice unauthorized charges, initiate a dispute immediately through our Dispute Transactions page.
