Protect your prepaid gift card by setting or updating your personal PIN.
Setting a PIN adds an extra layer of security to your prepaid gift card. It helps prevent unauthorized use if your card is lost or stolen, and is required for certain transactions at point-of-sale terminals.
Go to our main page and click the "Set PIN" tab at the top of the form.
Enter your 16-digit card number, expiration date, and CVV security code to verify your identity.
Select a 4-digit PIN that is easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess. Avoid obvious combinations like 1234 or your birth year.
Enter your PIN a second time to confirm, then submit. Your new PIN will be active immediately.
If you have forgotten your PIN, contact our support team at support@giftcardservices.com or visit our Help Center for assistance.
